How to make a return
- Email sales@ddpinstruments.com within 45 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will reply with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item(s) in their original packaging and attach the label, then drop the parcel off with the carrier.
- Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be started within 45 days of the delivery date.
- Refunds are issued after the returned items are received and inspected.
